How to Apply or Nominate a Candidate

To submit an application:

Please send a letter of intent and resume to ccorvello@wchf.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Current position
  • Address (please use the address to which correspondence should be directed)
  • Phone/cell number
  • Email address
  • Resume, to include 5 references with contact information
    • References will not be contacted during the early stages of the search. Applicants will be notified before any references are contacted.

To nominate a candidate:

Please send a letter to ccorvello@wchf.com with the following information:

  • Name of person you are nominating
  • Current position
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email address

We will correspond with the nominee inviting him/her to submit letter of intent and resume.

Please note that the committee encourages ELECTRONIC (email) submission of applications and nominations. All submissions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
