Since 1999, the Foundation has honored individuals in the greater Williamsburg area who are committed to addressing complex health issues and finding solutions that make a difference in the lives of community residents.
The Williamsburg Community Health Foundation honored a nonprofit health service organization and an individual who have risen to meet increasing health-related needs of people in the community. Pictured are Ann Tramer, York County Juvenile Services and Dr. James Shaw, Lackey Free Clinic.
