Foundation-Directed Grants

Foundation-directed grants help the community address broad issues that often involve a number of partners. The Foundation continually collaborates with community organizations to discuss these kinds of needs and develop long-term solutions.

Only nonprofits invited to apply for foundation-directed funding may do so.

The four current Foundation-directed programs are:

• The Chronic Care Collaborative
• Children's Behavioral Health Initiative
• The Greater Williamsburg Medication Access Program
• The School Health Initiative Program
