Letter of Intent Forms - The following documents are required to complete your Letter of Intent application and must be received by the Foundation no later than 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Both the Program Budget and Income Forms are required to be submitted as attachments with the online application. The other documents may be attached to the online application or delivered to the Foundation no later than 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 28, 2010. The additional documents must include the Additional Organization Information Check List.

Health Foundation Meeting Room Reservation Form - The Williamsburg Community Health Foundation is pleased to offer for reservation the Health Foundation Meeting Room. It is intended to be used by any local nonprofit, regardless if you have received a WCHF grant. The Health Foundation Meeting Room is available during normal business hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features seating for up to 50 guests with tables that can be arranged in a variety of ways to best meet your needs.
