Health Foundation Meeting Room Reservation Form - The Williamsburg Community Health Foundation is pleased to offer for reservation the Health Foundation Meeting Room. It is intended to be used by any current or previous Foundation grant recipient. The Health Foundation Meeting Room is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and features seating for up to 60 guests with tables that can be arranged in a variety of ways to best meet your needs.
